PhraseRush is designed with your privacy in mind. Here's exactly what we do — and don't do — with your data.
Situation text and lesson generation
When you describe a situation to generate a lesson, that text is sent to our backend, which forwards it to OpenAI's API to generate lesson content. No name, account, or identifying information is attached to this request.
Voice input
Voice input uses Apple's on-device and cloud speech recognition. We do not receive, store, or process your voice recordings.
Saved lessons and progress
Saved lessons and your learning progress are stored locally on your device. No account is required, and this data is never transmitted to our servers.
Tracking and advertising
PhraseRush does not use any third-party advertising or analytics tracking SDKs. We do not track your behavior across other apps or websites.
Data sharing and sale
We do not sell your data to anyone, for any reason.
Children
PhraseRush is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
